Fruity, sweet and bright.

Kedir Hassan built and runs a small washing station in the Guji zone of Ethiopia. The Guji zone is not far from a more widely known growing region, Yirga Cheffe. Kedir has delivered an outstandingly clean cup with this lot. A clean finishing coffee is more difficult to produce with a dry processed coffee - but when successful, proves fruity, sweet, and bright cups like this Ethiopia Oromia Guji are possible.

The light roast and fruit forward qualities are best enjoyed as a pour over coffee.
