Complex, with fruit and spice notes.

This complex roast comes from a farm tucked away in the Nyamasheke region of Rwanda’s Western Province at the Cyato washing station. This is one of two washing stations managed by the Fidele family, the first of the two producing naturals and started by the father, and the second - Cyato, managed mainly by his son Leo. The station is much farther than most coffee producers in Nyamasheke, and sits on the edge of the Forest of Nyungwe. The brewed coffee has great fruit and spice complexity in cup with hints of chocolate to finish.

Gobi has great results, although very different tasting notes, in a variety of roast levels.
