Dipilto is a small municipality just south of the border between Nicaragua and Honduras in the coffee growing region of Jinotega. This single-origin coffee comes from the Finca Buenos Aires Estates farm. The farm grows several different varietals of coffee, but we found this lot to be exceptionally balanced, with deep chocolatey finishing notes.
